Voltarin indication in hypertension

Voltarin as NSAID given with caution in patient with hypertension because it cause raising in blood pressure as following:-
1- Voltarin cause salt and water retention which lead to increase blood pressure.
2- Voltarin increase leukotrine by inhibiting cyclo oxygenase enzyme and leaving lipo oxygenase enzyme unopposed leading to release of leukotrine-4 (LT-4) and this by indirect way increase aldosterone which is the most known Na retaining hormone which lead to increase blood pressure .
3- Also voltarin as NSAID antagonize hypotensive effect of antihypertension drugs such as Beta blockers, Ca-channel blocker, clonidine, diazoxide, methyl dopa, mexonidine, nitrates and antagonize diuretic effect of diuretics and increase risk of hypertension and increase risk of hyperk NSAID alemia of k-sparing diuretics and aldosterone antagonist.
And any person with hypersion may use one or more thanone drug, so voltarin increase risk of hypertension and should be given with caution
